Buyback & Refund Policy
Customers and executives can return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in saleable condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed after a quality check of the returned goods. However, fees related to ID registrations, stock points, training sessions, or business tours are non-refundable once the service or product is initiated. Additionally, for services, a 30-day cancellation notice is required, and refunds for unused services may be issued at Aspire Wellness World's discretion, though no refunds are given for services already provided.
Executives must also make monthly re-purchases to qualify for commissions, with no refunds available for such purchases. In cases of fraud, misuse, or false statements, Aspire Wellness World reserves the right to terminate IDs without refunds.
